IR Nano Ceramic Pro
Beautiful neutral black shade
Especially fast shrinking due to UltraShrinkTM Technology
TITAN BLACK is a high-quality, multilayer automotive window film that contains IR blocking ceramic
pigments at nano level. Because of its neutral black color, this window film provides a nice even tint on
any car window. Outward visibility, on the other hand, remains impressively good. No distortion in vision
and no annoying reflections on the glass inside. The film brilliantly blocks sunlight, solar energy and glare.
It is also UV resistant and does not interfere with GPS or other signals. Adheres particularly nicely around
grids (dot-matrix) and is very easily reshaped on convex windows.
• exceptionally clear transparency
• high heat rejection
• infrared (IR) rejection
• UV blocking
• no interference with GPS or other signals
• bonds nicely to the grids (dot-matrix)
• UltraShrinkTM technology
• Easy-DotTM installation
• roll length: 30,5m
UltraShrink is a system that allows window film to be molded very quickly.
During the special production process of the film, the shrink properties of the layers are already taken
into account. When production is complete, the result is a stable film with fast shrink properties. Once
some heat with a heat gun or torch is added to the surface of the film, it will immediately shrink in a
certain direction. This is what an installer wants; he/she can now shape the film toward the surface of the
glass at will. The faster the film shrinks, the faster the installer will be finished.
Note: Nano Ceramic films are often thicker than conventional window films. This is due to the special patented
interlayers. Also, the film reacts differently to heat because the film contains extra high levels of heat-resistant
pigments. So the shrinking and heating will be slightly different. How to take this into consideration.
Titan Black film comes in these different varieties:
Visible light transmission
Solar energy rejection
Infra red rejection
Glare reduction
Visible light reflection
Ultra violet rejected
ABG-Certified Film
In some countries a special certification is needed for automotive windowfilm.
An ABG Certificate, or "Allgemeine Bauartgenehmigung," ensures compliance with German standards for vehicle components, streamlining approval processes and assuring quality and safety for manufacturers and consumers.
